Poor Dad :(

Hallo!

Unfortunately I've got some bad news. My dad was taken to hospital in an ambulance today.

I was woken up at 5:30 am today, and heard my parents talking. They mentioned the word 'ambulance' and 'hospital'. I scrambled out of bed, and hurried to the hallway where my parents were.

"What's going on????' I asked.

"He's got Kidney stones again" Was my answer from mum.

Kidney stones are extremely painful. My dad had one in 2005 and now just before 2009. It was awful waiting for the ambulance because they took forever. Meanwhile waiting in our living room, The pain hurt so dad could barely stand up and we layed him down on the sofa. It was a releif when he got a ten minute rest or so when the pain went away for fifteen minutes or so.

When the ambulance finally arrived, they checked his pulse and asked him Questions. I sat nervously listening, shivering in my nightie and pink star robe. They then took him to the ambulance and I gave him a hug and kiss and said "I'll visit you later dad! Bye!" Then, I saw through the window of the ambulance the men move around in the back part of it. The pain must of come back. I probably estimated right because they didn't drive off until half an hour had passed. Poor dad. He just left for hospital about 20 mins ago. I'll visit him soon.
