Okay, yesterday was my special cookin' day! It was really fun acutally! I made ravoli with melted cheese from scratch (I mean, scratch, literally).I had to first get a bowl of Ricotta cheese, add a lil salt and pepper, and a sprinkle of basil. Next came semilina flour, were you were to pour approx. 3ml of olive oil. Then, I kneaded the mixture (which actually was quite tricky) And after, this pasta machine cut the peices up, and then I got a tray, and with a pastry bag I had to squeeze it so I had little square blobs of pastry. Then once I had my blobs of pastry I had to press them with my finger so we could cut them with the ravioli knife. The ravioli knife was zig-zaggy so now, voila! Ravioli and we put it into boil. I then made waffles for desert!
